Ubiquiti Nano Loco M5 and UPS Asium r1000

Hello, I do not know if this will be the correct section, they tell me anything and I go to the corresponding section. You see, I have internet through a WISP, in my home I have an antenna that has a Nano Loco M5. 2 days ago I bought a UPS, this is: https://www.linio.com.ar/p/ups-asium-r1000-1000va-600w--x0crym. The voltage output ranges between 195VAC-255VAC, I have connected a 650W pc with 2 monitors, a router and the POE, whose input range is 190V-240V. As I mentioned earlier the UPS output varies, it is never in 220V, it is usually in 208, 210, 240, 245 etc. The problem with the antenna is that the configuration is reset and it just happens that this problem started when I connected the POE to the UPS. The technician told me that it is a voltage problem and that when the antenna detects a voltage peak it restarts. So to have more than one version of this problem I turn to you. Maybe I should connect the POE to a stabilizer and the stabilizer to the UPS since I suppose that the stabilizer will be able to maintain the output voltage range with less variation at the same time that in case of power failure it will continue to work. Specifically I have these doubts: 1) Is it true that the M5 resets the configuration while connected to the UPS? 2) Isn't the UPS supposed to maintain the voltage output at 220V? Regards!

CPEs in general (be they Nano, Powe, etc.) if you have power problems, they restart with factory settings. The problem may be due to the supply voltage or problems in the cable / card. As it happened to you after placing the UPS, it may be the UPS but it should not affect. What is not normal for such large voltage variations to be measured at the output of a UPS. With stable supply voltage you should update the FW of the device to the most modern since in some cases that kind of problem is solved. They are currently in version V6.14 for those with Airmax (AirOS) on 1/19/2018 Select your device and download from the manufacturer's website here https://www.ubnt.com/download/ which corresponds to the model and version of hardware

I cannot update the FW since the device is from the company, not mine, although when it was reset, before they came, taking advantage of the fact that it was with the IP, user and factory pass, I updated the FW to v6.1, since I had the 6.0 beta. Luckily they didn't realize haha.
Then it was confirmed, it was the UPS, because of the tension.
Now I will investigate the voltage output of the UPS, I suppose it must be 220V, although the manual itself says "Output Range" 195V-255V. I guess this will ask in the electronics forum.

The range you specify is what the UPS can STABILIZE ON THE OUTPUT from that voltage range to the INPUT, not that the UPS output can have these values
