Hi Andres, try a factory default reset, attached a link of how you have to do it, it is not your model but it works the same way for the M476, I await your comment, best regards

Printer off, support index in lower left corner while turning on with the power button, when it starts loading the boot we remove the index and wait for the boot process to finish, if it turns out, the mfp is in ready mode.

If you did the procedure and observed the loading bar advancing on the screen and the device did not respond, the formatter is affected (main card of the device), if you are not a technician you can not continue with other procedures, I suggest you take it to assistance technical and verify the warranty time, you can not load a new firmware if the device is unstable since you would not have a good result, I await your comment, best regards
