I have a problem, with several printers from several clients that stopped printing from one moment to another. Among those that have identified problems are: - Epson LX300 + - Epson LX300 + II - Epson LX350 When sending the impression does not enter the queue and it is as if nothing had been done. All begin to have problems after a restart or from one day to the next after turning off the computer. I don't know if it has to do with any type of operating system update that is affecting functionality. The operating systems identified so far are between Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have already tried reinstalling the drivers but there is no solution. I have changed cables. I need assistance to see what other solution I can take.

Another alternative solution I found was to use the preloaded generic Windows 8 and Windows 10 drivers that would become Epson LX SERIES 1 or 2 (80). This has worked for me. In Windows 7 I only managed to solve it with Formatting. Below are the versions of the updates that can be uninstalled. They are security updates that on the one hand I would not be correct to uninstall them

Find the solution. Uninstall the update: KB4048954 for Windows 10 or KB4048957 for Windows 7

As I was checking is this for windows 8 KB4048958. I haven't tried it yet. Once you uninstall it, try to disable Windows updates so that the fault does not occur again.
