All begin to have problems after a restart or from one day to the next after turning off the computer. I don't know if it has to do with any type of operating system update that is affecting functionality. The operating systems identified so far are between Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have already tried reinstalling the drivers but there is no solution. I have changed cables. I need assistance to see what other solution I can take.
