Good morning, I changed the original magenta and yellow toner and in the state of the consumables page I get low toner and only 6 sheets have been printed ... The same thing happens to me in both colors. Can it be sensor failure or have it coincidentally come badly from the factory? Thank you very much .... Thank you Regards!

Good morning, thanks Alaen for answering so quickly, but in the end the problem came from the mechanism that makes it detect if the toner lid is open or closed was locked and did not detect any movement what every time we installed a toner recorded on the new chip that was empty. Regards!
