Hello, let's see the following: the cartridges are original, do they have ink? If so, unplug the power source, then press and hold the power button for a minute and reconnect the cable. Check if the problem continues and let me know.

Did you do the reset test that I told you? From what you say it seems that the printer does not recognize the cartridges. If you can add more data, such as how long you have the printer, if it had any service, when the problem appeared, etc.
