If you have already tried with a service tool, verify that you have not blocked your board, put it in service mode, if the LED stays in orange then if you blocked the board and the only way to remove it from the error is to change the Eproom chip of the mainboard of the printer, if the LED stays green then if it is possible to reset it with the service tool, you should look for the service tool "ST-4905", unfortunately we cannot place emails here but they will unsubscribe us, I have it and I could help you .


