I think it refers to the program that is used to reset the pads, the truth is that I have not used other tools that the program brings, lets see if I can investigate something and tell you, or if you find something or have already solved your problem do not do it to know.

If the process was already working correctly and when sending to copy or print, a general error occurs (the ink and power LEDs light up at the same time) I imagine that the error may be in the paper drag mechanism, also check that the paper sensor spring or the sensor itself is positioned correctly, if you can make a short video of the exact moment of the error it would be very helpful. I manage to leave it normal but when I copy it on the scanner or print it immediately it throws me the error (SHEET PAPER + POWER) intermittent
That combination of LEDs at the same time is a general error, the bad thing is that any error marks the same on the printer, if it had other equipment to discard errors mechanically, or download the wic reset program that is free and run it in the Error option when your printer has error so you can get an idea of what it can be.
Well I just put it into operation and it doesn't give that error anymore
But I send to print from scan (copy)
And it does the whole process except that it doesn't print either color or black.
