Good day. I have an Xp-201, to which the paper is jammed, and I reliced the usual procedure for the case .... turn off, remove locked paper and then turn on again. Now, the sequence begins, the scanner is heard moving, the car slowly goes to the left, then to the right faster ... and then quickly comes and goes in the center right area and ends with all the LEDs blinking. I have checked the paper carrier, it has nothing wrong, it is more, manually, turning the engine, it is possible to make it load the paper without problems. If I turn it on with a paper loaded there, it takes it out without problems and ends again in the same. Anyone had this problem? What else can I try? Another thing, change the encoder ribbon with one from another printer, just in case you do, or but it is not the problem. Thank you!
