Hi good day! Have you tried if the engine that moves the scanner is in good condition ?! Check that you do not have anything stuck that prevents it from moving freely, just move it manually with your hand if it moves easily or costs you a job, also place it in the middle of the path and connect it to the light, there are times that it is locked in the beginning and with that it can be corrected.
