Good day, I need support, the HP Laser M102w team gave maintenance because the toner stroke did not enter where the cartridge, so it did not rotate the drum, today that part is working properly but when printing leaves with many spots the sheet, the toner and drum are remanufacturing, I hope I can indicate failure since the armed copier is correct.

I have a similar one and it happens to me when:
1- The toner is refined (the toner is not original)
2- The toner is already running out
3- some roller is dirty



In fact the toner used is not original, like the drum, it is not due to toner depletion, it is recent remanufacturing, but I will check thanks.



From what I see, although the drum seems to be the problem, the repetitive pattern is not the same, so I am more inclined to the fact that the doctor blade is letting the toner roll over and so it stains the leaves, you can start by checking that .

Hello Friend!!!! beyond that the flla does not look repetitive, I am inclined that the problem is in the toner. I would try another, if possible new or know that it is working well. Luck!!!!
