Yes, in view of exhausting all external possibilities I opted to disassemble the printer carefully, I already cleaned the sensors, the ink silo, the nozzles and heads. I have already reassembled everything and let it dry for a few hours to test and inform them. Also apply air pressure on the ink lines with a syringe.
Apparently there is no mechanical problem in the printer. After doing the whole maintenance process I downloaded an application called EPSON ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM which has several options for resetting and maintenance. I was able to reset ink levels, pads and even sheet counter. There are several options that I don't know to adjust the engines. (do not touch any). In this application there is the option to print page of pueba which I could print and it came out excellent. But the orange panel lights are still on and I cannot print documents.
hit the program you downloaded to reset the counter to 50%, even if you wash the pads, the counter still takes you as an error.
I had the same one I got the error of the pads, I bought the new ones I put them on but I continued with the error until I reset the counter.
the wic reset allows you to use it for free, I think you had to use the word TEST or FREE, look at you tube or on the same developer page that tells you how to use it for free only once
