Red lights on EPSON L210

Greetings, friends I have an Epson L210, it is an impressively faithful and useful printer. Some time ago I made an ugly sound like stuck gears and the Ink and Paper lights on the front panel turned orange. I turned it off and turned it on and it took away the problem and it never happened. Today I sent two small sheets to print and he managed to get the first one out but when he tried to leave the second one the same lights came on. I turned it off and on, turned on the Cancel button on the front panel 15 times, left pressed for 15 seconds, restarted the PC, and nothing. At times they turn off but when you PRINT it they turn on again, I even see that the scanner also stops. I have noticed that the so-called Cart or head moves very slowly sometimes. EYE has no jammed paper, no pads error, ink levels are optimal even all colors came out very well. I must note that a while ago I was giving error pads and not being able to buy them, I carefully took them out and put them on again, reset and go. All good until today. Will that? what do you think?

Hello friend, you may need a clean maintenance of the carriage and roller sensors, that the encoders are very clean, check if the carriage moves from left to right when turning on and if the roller also moves and then the lights come on or ok you turn it on the error goes out without moving sometimes it fails by the carriage engine

Yes, in view of exhausting all external possibilities I opted to disassemble the printer carefully, I already cleaned the sensors, the ink silo, the nozzles and heads. I have already reassembled everything and let it dry for a few hours to test and inform them. Also apply air pressure on the ink lines with a syringe.

Apparently there is no mechanical problem in the printer. After doing the whole maintenance process I downloaded an application called EPSON ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM which has several options for resetting and maintenance. I was able to reset ink levels, pads and even sheet counter. There are several options that I don't know to adjust the engines. (do not touch any). In this application there is the option to print page of pueba which I could print and it came out excellent. But the orange panel lights are still on and I cannot print documents.

Solved, the solution for this problem ends with the EPSON L210 is 50% Maintenance 50% Software Reset. Consider the following Order: Total internal cleaning, Cleaning of sensors, rollers (Without removing the grease they bring), Cleaning of Heads (Do not use alcohol, use warm water with a syringe), apply air pressure in the form of aspiration in the ink hoses in favor of the head. after this assemble the equipment and let the ink settle well, use the virtuous application "EPSON ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM" make the progressive reset of the pads, sheet counter, ink levels and finally the cleaning offered by this application (consume enough ink but that ensures that the hoses are completely free of air. Finally make the two available test prints and with all this procedure your Printer should already be operational. If you see that the lights continue to flash, do not stop and print any document. If the printer prints, they are ready even if the lights are blinking (this is part of the configuration). EEPROM takes a long time to assimilate the changes and will stop flashing after a while.

hit the program you downloaded to reset the counter to 50%, even if you wash the pads, the counter still takes you as an error.
I had the same one I got the error of the pads, I bought the new ones I put them on but I continued with the error until I reset the counter.
the wic reset allows you to use it for free, I think you had to use the word TEST or FREE, look at you tube or on the same developer page that tells you how to use it for free only once
