Hello good morning everyone, I ask you about an epson stylus tx220 printer that only the black color prints cut with stripes, three head cleaning and alignment with the same machine menu was done and the problem was not solved, it was tested with two different original cartridges code 73n color and 73nh black, I went to disassemble the printer and what I did was a general cleaning of the rollers, I did cleaning the injectors with liquid for injectors I reassembled to test and the colors prints much better than before but the black still the same printing cut, looking for some information on the web I read similar cases and recommended changing in the paper configuration, it was taba in common paper and I put it in matte premium paper, I made an impression to prove, and really printed fancy but it takes, so it becomes a slow impression, change to another paper configuration and also print slowly but well, with the only configuration that prints poorly is with common paper, the driver drivers is up to date, my question is that it will be happening on common paper printed with stripes, if someone could give me a hand I would appreciate it, greetings to all.
