What if someone can help, I will thank you, my Canon G2100 printer runs very hard and sticks on the sides and marks me error 5100 the rails hit too hard, and I don't know what will be wrong as soon as I change the transparent tape since I was printing badly and assembling and mending this error

if it prints to you aml it is not because of the tape that is an encoder it does not know which of the 2 you changed but you placed them badly they are not in the sensor or you put one of a machine that does not give it again to disassemble and notice that


