Hi Ivan, you have to isolate the problem, to know if it is the toner (is it original, generic or recycled?) If it is the device, for example it fails in the fusion of the toner that alters or deforms what is printed, or the driver or controller , and in this case, also if it is installed by network or usb and the operating system of the computer, since what program or application do you print? thanks for your answer. Well the printer is installed only on my laptop and I do not share over the network. I have already tried printing with other programs and even install it on another machine with windows 10 and it is still the same ... I don't know what the fault will be, but I still cling to the toner. If in this case it is not original, can this error always happen? and how can I know if my toner is original ... please, I will be very attentive and grateful to your response. Thank you

Ivan: the alternative cartridge is like the image that I attached in my previous comment, it is more bulky than the original, the original has the HP mark and the cartridge code printed on the cartridge with a system such as screen printing, the alternatives have labels, you can be the toner, but it can also be an original carcass toner that was once recharged by someone and with poor quality toner.
Comment on how you purchased the printer and the consumable, so we are oriented, and if you can attach an image in the question, click on the pencil (improve question) and attach it.

These M101 / 102/106 / M130 models belong to a new technology applied by Hewlett, they are not the same as those known so far, and they have to have the specific toner, nothing can be invented, everything is already invented.
