HP multifunction printer copy failure

Good friends, I have HP C5280 multifunction printer, when copying with scanner the copy comes out with two black stripes printed how can that fault be corrected ?, I tried resetting to factory zero and still having the same problem, thank you very much

It would be very helpful to see an image where you can see the strips you refer to.
You will start with the simplest ...
1- Replace the tonner. Some poorly recycled tonners fail like the one you refer to.
2- Clean the surface of the scanner glass. Where do you put the sheet to scan. So you remove any stains or dirt that may be spoiling that fault.
3- Cleaning the optical units of the scanner and the printer (Laser / Scanner).
If possible, attach a print image ...



I see that when the lamp passes, it turns on full, photocopy the image but on top of it there are two black stripes along the A4 sheet



Hi, look at the strip, under the browser's homeposition, there is a white stiker. Make sure there is nothing in it, and that the stiker is clean. Regards.
