Hi Harry, you could be more specific in the description, you have a multifunction, the error occurs in the original taking by the adf (automatic paper feeder) in the scanner or in the white paper taking in the tray, the device tries take sheets and take it ?, take the paper and then lock it in the path of the paper step ?, I await specifications.



test with a single sheet if it is not blocked; you have to check the selenoid, if it still locks or does not even lift it is because the paper feeder (pick up roller) is worn or smooth.



Apparently the selenoid is sticking causing the paper jam REMOVE THE SPONJES YOU HAVE AND REPLACE THROUGH PAPER TAPE OR PRICE STIKIER SO THAT IT DOES NOT METAL WITH METAL.
