Thank you for responding, when I send an impression, it simply tells me that there is a paper jam, turn off the machine, open the scanner, take out the jammed paper and turn it on again, but as I mentioned I have already cleaned and ridged that nothing is jamming, check that the paper step sensor and everything is in order, when you simply turn on the head, it moves very slowly to the left, returns to its position and all the lights come on and remain blinking. This machine has already reset the print counter. What could I be friend?

good day, most likely that the equipment to arm one of the cables that goes to the head has been disconnected, and the equipment has been blocked, try to send a print or copy with the scanner open so you can observe the movement of the head and comets .

When the printer is turned on, the head moves slowly to the left, then returns to its normal position, the rollers rotate a little and locks up and flashes all the lights and leaves nothing to do, copy, scan or print, When I send to print, I simply turn off the printer, open the scanner and remove the paper, it is like I have a jam, but there is nothing clogging and the sensors are fine.

Do not disassemble the head just send a bit of liquid headgear and gave me the error, then clean the rollers, sensors, paper tray to discard any object that is clogging, but I will make your recommendation that Some contact was liquid and then I comment. Thank you
