Hello my dear friends of the community I have a problem with this printer the ink and paper lights turn on sequentially and it does not do another function the machine I tried to solve the problem with the Reset key cancel for intervals of three seconds and then release the key three times and also turning off and disconnecting from the power grid but the solution suggested by friends to solve the problem is not possible. I will be grateful for the suggestions
