[b] Hello, the problem I have is that the scanner turns on the light, runs but is locked to the right, knocks and makes noise for a while until it leaves and turns on the ink and paper lights intermittently. I already cleaned the glass and the white part of the lid that was not called because I had seen that the glass should be very clean. I put a little grease in the guide ... and clean well where the black dot is that tells the scanner that the tour is over but still the problem continues. How can you tell if the scanner lamp is burned and is no longer useful? And from what I see I cannot use it as a printer only since it does all the recognition of the scanner and the other parts and how it finds the error there it stops. Change the scanner is already bad, get from another printer of the same model that has another defect the entire scanner set.

The scanner's flex or data bus may have failed, try to change it first if the fault persists, it is already the scanner engine that if you know more thoroughly you could repair it but if you do not have to replace the entire scanner
