Generally, this error is associated with the assembly of a decoder wheel on the right side of the cartridge. You may have forgotten to mount it and therefore the printer does not read the wheel slots and generates error 929.00. It may also be improperly mounted and not move as it should at the start of the printer and may be spinning loca by rupturing the half-cane coupling in the cartridge. The following picture shows the decoder in question (levering it gently to remove it).
