Samsung xpress cl410w printer does not pull the sheets

How good morning did you bring this printer for maintenance but do not pull the sheets and check the electromagnet and does not activate even though it has the 24vcd that feed it will I have damaged the main? Or any suggestions of what you can check?

I already tried another electromagnet and it does the same thing the safest thing is that it is the main one has the voltages of 24volts for its feeding but it is rare because the electromagnet that moves the transfer roller if activated !!!

Check with another electromagnet if it is not activated, the main is not sending the pulse to the electroiman and is failing
