Good afternoon I do not think it is because of the temperature surely your problem is in the transmission check that the fuser is rotating in a normal way it has a gear that in turn carries a spring possibly does not have the spring and for this reason it does not rotate the unit or you have broken the gear that goes along with the motive that failure is very common in these teams check that section well (you have to remove the main card to get to the gears) luck

If the fuser rollers have been glued and when the new unit is placed, the same thing can happen:
Power supply, there is a triac that when placed short does not allow the fusing lamp to turn off.
Logic card may not be controlling the source well or is not detecting the signal it receives from the temperature sensor (thermistor). Verify with the multimeter the scr (triac) of the safe power source is short.
