In that model I have not seen that fault but in other Sharp models I have downloaded the software from the Sharp page, look for it in Sharp pages of your country I almost always download it from SharpUSA and also if you have the original watermark sheet and simulation 49-5 and if you do not have the sheet put a white sheet and the simulation also then if it gives you but first clean the optics well. that Zirsechs, a few days ago at work we copied all the info (from a laptop) of an HDD that was clearly working and passed it to an HDD that marked code "U2-60" we reinstalled it and it was there that the magic, it turns out that after doing this the code stopped appearing, so far it has not given problems.
