Hi I have a Samsung scx8123, it worked fine. I did a hard reset to erase data and previous settings, I wanted it new. Before the hard reset I put new original toner, apply the reset and after turning it on again it appeared legend of unsupported toner cartridge, believe it if it was generic but not. The cartridge was installed on another computer and it works well. Download the firmware from the hp page and install it, assuming that the problem was going that way. I tried another original toner cartridge and it marks the same. I hope someone helps me, in advance thank you very much.
