Paper jam nonexistent MPC 3300

Good afternoon I have next inconvenience, in a rich hobby that worked normally well, at the beginning I started to jam of paper when making photocopies or prints in quantity; In other words, if you wanted to copy 3 sheets at the end of the first one and start the second one, it showed a paper jam, but if you made copies one at a time there were no problems, with the time it took to reactivate the button to start copying it was enough to that does not lock, but then even without paper anywhere, it marks paper jam error in zone C (J001) These are the tests I did: - Disconnect how much optical sensor I found but nothing - I connected them again but it was a place to confirm that they were "looking" at something but nothing - With the door open I put a key in the groove on the side and press the switch on the other to detect a closed door and put my finger in front of each sensor to confirm that they do indeed detect and do so, since with the door open if the toner loading cycle starts but when I close it it marks me that there is a jam again, In other words, the sensors work, but only with the lid open, is there any sensor that is not visible? Is there one above the output tray but it is for the duplexer, is there another under the transfer band and another between the roller that guides the sheet? Is there another one I have not seen? From already thank you very much! WhatsApp Video 16/01/2018 at 09.23.34.mp4 [6.93mb] I attach a video of the problem (excuse the sharp turns)

notice if under the tray by pass you can open like a little door and inside there is an acrylic that if you lower it is another sensor, then close everything and possibly that, handle a very similar rich and sometimes tends to mark jam and with that it accommodates

Try what you say but I think you mean the sensor that leaves in the tray in which case it works correctly because when you insert your finger and move the sensor the machine responds with a beep

good morning The first thing you would have to try is if the same thing happens in drawer # 2, if this drawer does not happen, the safest thing is that have the drawer rollers # 1 worn out. regards

At the time when I made the prints, it didn't matter if the drawer was 1 or 2 or bypass, if I had less inconvenience when using larger sheets than trade (ex A3) but right now without papers on any side mark jammed paper

Good Morning
I don't know if you have the technical manual but I leave the link so you can download it.
Enter technical mode and in section 5 803 you have the best way to check the sensors.

Thank you very much for everything for your ideal turned out to be the sensor that is located above the fuser, a small plastic that is part of the duplexer unit was folded and was just in the range of "vision" of the sensor indicating erroneously that there was a leaf when closing the side cover, straightened the plastic problem solved!
