I have a Ricoh mp c2551 photocopier and I get it on the OPERATION PROBLEM screen turn off and on the main switch. I do what they tell me the screen is normal but at the time of taking photocopies the ad comes out again ... Thank you very much for the help

An SC400 is a calibration failure. When doing the control MUSIC does not detect correctly the colors and skips the code. It may be because you have a broken PCU unit, broken development unit, worn transfer band, or most likely, ID sensors that are dirty. These sensors go just below the transfer unit and tend to get quite dirty. Clean them with a cloth and with the machine turned off and test. Luck
