Afternoons I have a problem with a Canon IR 5000 copier, the primary fault was that I did not turn on the control panel, nothing was visible on the touch screen, the only thing that turned on was the green LED that indicates that the equipment is on, well what I did It was to change the complete control panel of another machine and it remained exactly the same without turning on the panel. Then I changed the card that is connected to the control panel, it is the one that goes on the back of the machine that connects to the control panel by in the middle of a ribbon cable, the control panel has already been turned on and the copier makes its start cycle but does not go ready to copy, the code E0354 appears and from there it does not happen, I wanted to unlock it by entering service mode with * 28 * / function / error / ok but the fault is not unlocked, any advice to unlock the fault? I must clarify that both the panel and the card that I installed were working perfectly on the other machine did not mark any failure, thanks in advance for your advice and opinions, greetings from the DF
