All the covers must be removed, and if I'm not wrong, the one on the right side, covers 3 clutches, 2 are paper feed and the other is the registration or aligning roller, they carry a sponge, so that it cushions when energize the solenoid, this sponge becomes sticky and leaves the clutch actuator retained, and so the register varies, replace it (I usually put a piece of 2-sided tape or paste sticks, and on the other side I stick a piece of paper so that the same does not happen to me, and it worked well for me), you should do it at 3, luck.
