I have the problem that a Ricoh C305 does not recognize the black toner canister, the equipment has already been cleaned and 3 different toner canisters have been placed to discard the damaged chip, the toner canisters are original and completely new. It only indicates on the screen that the black toner bottle is not properly positioned.

It is your toner end sensor just clean it and I recommend that when you place new cartridges you do them with the machine turned off, since sometimes the chips of the bottles are damaged when they are placed with the machine on.
