Good afternoon community I have a Ricoh 1022 digital copier that shows all the normal operation when it is turned on but when it is going to take a copy it comes out in a jam screen in B and that opens the duplex and the side door that there is there in the duplex that when it opens it lets you see the cylinder it opens it closes it turns off the machine and comes back and turns on and it shows that it is ready to copy but you press the green button to copy and come back and the same jam appears in B and q you open those two sets and the fuser unit was uncovered and there is nothing there the copy cylinder was removed and the toner unit was removed and nothing both trays were removed and nothing was searched everywhere and there is nothing Waste paper looked at the duplex and the truth is that I don't know what else to do or look for where.
