Dear Friends of the Forum: In a Nexus Central 3.8 Sub-equipped in 2 x 6 I have the Problem that I cannot Transfer External Calls. Example: I take an external Call on the Internal 33, I press the Flash Key and frame 32, the Internal 32 Sounds (Ringea) but when I hang the Internal 33, the Internal 32 remains with Central Tone, Yes and press "0" on Internal 32 sometimes (Not Always) is connected to the incoming external call. With All Interns The same thing happens. Does anyone know how to return it to Factory Programming? Is there any way to hold the incoming call and transfer it with another command that is not "Flash"? I tried Changing the Telephone Devices and Reversing the External Lines but the Problem Persists. Any Comments in this regard will be useful to me. Thank you very much and best regards.-

Hi Edunet. I do not know these exchanges but it seems that the issue is coming in the program of the exchange. A basic one I ask you: have you restarted it completely?



When performing that operation, have you noticed if the call to transfer is cut? Verify that the phones are dialing by tones and make a test to make a call, once established, make flash, wait a few seconds and flash again to recover the communication (without having hung the tube of the micro phone at any time). If this works, you should be able to transfer calls without problem, in this equipment there are no schedules that limit that function. Regards.

Thank you very much for your attention.
When performing the operation the call is not cut, the phones verify them, I even did tests with other (new) telephone devices always dialing by tones.
Repeating the Flash did not. (On Monday When I have access to the plant) -It is in a Bank-, I will take the Test and report the results.

Thank you very much for your attention.
I did the Repeat Flash Test and it worked, but the problem was the External line input (I put an Expansion Board) and connect the External Line, which solved the problem.
