Good evening, I have a somewhat noob question ...
In the company where I work we have a Panasonic KX-TD1232X PBX with 4 CO and 47 internal extensions. The problem is that there was a need to connect a KX-T7730 phone and I can't find a way to do it. (first time connecting a phone with 4 wires)
I have a free extension on my third amphenol for that phone that would be 221 (jack 21 port 2). What is the procedure to connect a phone with 4 wires?
Thanks in advance.
Hello friend who just must use a cable 2 pairs and struck at the heart of connector cables will be for voice and ends the data I leave adjutno a small manual for more details salu2 Inst. Manual 1232.pdf [43.62kb]
Many thanks juan! I did it after finishing the question here in the forum. What I did was analyze how extension 101 was connected and based on trial and error I found the two pairs where I could connect the phone. It was at 112.
Regards.
If it is in a third amphenol, it must be an expansion cabinet mounted on the lid. You should indicate if this extension is 8 or 16. If it is 8, you can connect that type of device, but if it is 16 no, only standard phones can be connected. In order to connect a 7730, you must use a position that comes from one of the two amphenoles of the main body of the control unit. Regards.
