I manage a PBX TDE100 telephone exchange, however, when calling from a cell phone, it does not detect the tones emitted, that is, if I click on 0 it does not respond to DTMF tones, but if the call is made from a landline phone, if it detects the tones, for example: Cellular Call the number -----> enter the recording -------> I press 190 to communicate to the extension ------> ignore the request and follow the recording Fixed Call the number -----> Enter the recording -------> Press 190 to communicate to the extension ------> Enter the call to the extension 190 Beforehand thank you very much. Solution change the codec: Go to the slot in the virtual port ------> Virtual SIP Gateway -----> Voice / Fax tab and change the codec to G.729 A before we had G.711A as 1st option. Just as a comment we change from a Maxcom provider to Axtel and now that IP. Annex screen. Regards.
