I think the same should go back and claim where they fixed it or if there is no guarantee then try it yourself but it will be quite difficult if you have tools

good afternoon sorry for the delay but the solutions, it turns out that it was a resistance near where the sim card is placed, but the path connected to the display was a false weld I solved it and adjusted the flex tape of the display and the cell boot I thank you very much for your quick answer
