okay, I did not fully understand what relationship the change of the load pin has with the state of mica, but I will tell you how to proceed for each process.
charge pin change:
1-unscrew and disassemble the cell phone
2-place the logic card on the edge of the table, wedged with something on top, leaving the area of the load pin clear.
3-place thermal paper on all the elements that are on the back of the load pin
4- apply a little flux on the welding points of the load pin
5-apply 450 degrees Celsius at an air level 4 or 5 below the load pin with one hand while gently moving the load pin with a clamp with the other hand, trying to extract it slowly looking not to fly the tracks
6. Clean and reseat the tracks of the load pin, place a functional load pin in place and apply heat again until the tin solidifies and the fixed load pin remains on the plate.
Change mica:
1-already with the unarmed phone take the screen and add heat at the edges, mainly in the bottom or at the top until the mica rises a little.
2-through that opening you will have to introduce an x-ray paper, which will be passing slowly as you apply heat, every time it is difficult to introduce it you must apply heat, with enough patience you can extract the mica without breaking the lcd.
3- Once the mica is extracted, you put adhesive for micas on the edges, you take off the adhesive leaving the paste there, and then you introduce the mica without problems, square it well
4-Another option to paste it is to use UV paste on the edges of the screen, place the mica and place a UV lamp so that it dries and looks good.
I hope my corduroy serves you, regards.
