Hello! I had the same problem. The solution is, first change the time of the cell, which is not automatic and second in the voice part, download the Spanish (Spain) because you have Spanish (mex). When you download the secure language, it asks you to restart, then try it and have an audio sent by WhatsApp to see if they work. Previous audios do not recover. See if you are lucky! regards
