hello how good afternoon I need if someone can help me I have a cell phone bgh joy my problem is the down key come back I am not disarmed and I see no broken or no but the cell phone is not mine and I see that it has a tap on the screen is really all right except that button the problem of mine that I wanted to do a hard rest and not working that button I'm going crazy haha if someone can give me a hand to see how we do and can do that hard reset the button is what less if I fix it or not the subject wanted to know if you can change any key or something if you can help me I would appreciate greetings
