The electric saw has a control system with a contactor and a thermal relay and when I climb the breaker it turns on alone without pressing the button and when I try to turn off with the off button the contactor jumps a little but does not turn off, but if it turns off by pressing the button that has the relay but as it is a button it is obviously on.

You should discriminate the control circuit and the power circuit, that is: I would disconnect the coil from the contactor (A1 and A2) and check if it continues to activate. If so, the problem is in the contactor, but in the control circuit.
