hello good day, I have a water tank of 95 liters, the water tank is 6 meters high and the thermos is 2.5 meters from the floor or there is a difference of 4.5 meters between them. The plumber connected me with flexible from the water outlet to the hot water tank and both fexibles have in turn another extension of another flexible because the distance did not reach but I have heard that it does not connect with flexible but with a pipe is it? Can it affect the water pressure? Thank you Attached photo Screenshot_20180210-065240.png [1.74MB]

There I uploaded a photo of the current connection to see how it is with the flexible. And the height to the entrances and exits. Should fusion then?

Hi. It seems that the plumber didn't really want to work.

Hi. To start the height of the water heater does not affect, the pressure is the height of the tank with respect to the bobbins. The second point is that the more pieces the less pressure and in the case of the flexible ones in some cases it aggravates it because the inner diameter does not correspond to the diameter of the thread (especially in flexible meshes).

Thank you very much Javier and what do you recommend me to put in place of the flexible meshes?

Hello The connections are made with pipe and double union to be able to take out and purge (among other things). _-_ Manual_Termotanques_Saiar Linea_Gas_1_1_.pdf [449.69kb] Regards

The output is 3/4 of fusion and from there come the flexible ones to the top of the thermos

You can do it with thermofusion or threaded. Nowadays the best thing is plastic, there are double and triple layers, different brands all good (or almost all)

I add an attachment so you have an idea of how it is mounted, no matter the brand, in general they all connect the same. The only thing that can vary is the entry or exit of the water, which in some cases can vary. Respect the placement of the relief valve.
