I would like to know if there is any practical and easy way to uncover pipes and hot water tank blocked by tartar. I have not tried anything yet, there is very little hot and cold water too, I think it is the scale, the water in this area is 40/60 meters (brackish)

It is difficult, but what you do not try, is lost cause, if you have time, you can do the following,
empty hot water tank and pipe. Shopping in a wholesale supermarket 10 or 15 liters of acetic acid, (alcohol vinegar, you close all the faucets, made the acid in the hot water tank, filled with water, heat the hot water tank and leave everything hot 24 hours, the acid attacks the tartar, only, empty and change all the water a couple of times, ready the chicken.



I think: 1.- disconnect the cold water to the thermo-tank and test the water inlet pressure.- 2.- If the cold water pressure is normal, reconnect the thermo-tank and disconnect the hot water from the thermos and test the pressure if the problem is the thermo-tank.- 3.- If it were the thermos, disassemble the entire pipe from the exit of the thermo-tank and check if there are any encrustations.- From there you can have an overview where to solve the problem.- Luck.-

Hi. Tartar is removed with descaler or you can use common vinegar as well. At the thermos you can put a few liters to soften everything and leave but the pipe is impossible. It would be necessary to fill it with one of these products, wait for it to act and then remove it. It is complicated or impossible.
