Hello, I am from Buenos Aires, and I have the following problem, I moved a month ago to a brand new house of a construction company (it builds equal houses and is called eidico) and the durplas gas regulator remains locked in the "purge ", and does not let the gas pass, you unblock it and it works without problems, it happened not only to me but to many of my neighbors who have the same installed. I wanted to know before changing it to another from another brand if it can be regulated to prevent it from happening. Thank you

Hello Apart from what friend Servimat suggests to you, which is technically the right solution, if the house was delivered to you with all the services, what corresponds is that the construction company solves it for you, they are responsible for the term of 5 years according to the law.
