Inspection chamber you must use yes or yes. From it you can inspect the falls, if the water circulates well or make any obstruction if necessary. Keep in mind that the outlet of the inspection mouth goes directly to the sewer or the Ø 100 mm pipe. With regard to the height directions it is not clear to me what the subject is like. These pipes are usually placed vertically for inspection. What you can place immediately on the bathroom wall is an OV cam. I leave the link for you to see. They are much smaller.
