These pumps need a minimum flow to start. It seems to me that the washing machine - which has a solenoid key, and a filter - does not get to consume the minimum flow for the pressurizing pump to start. It's like when you open the tap in half, Pressurizer does not start, because the flow is insufficient. See if the filter has trash, maybe taking that out, you get it started.
