Hello people, how are you going, ask what I could do to cover the loss that exists in the drainpipes of the bathroom, I told you a few days ago I began to feel drops from the ceiling, from the crockery leaked, that I already repaired it, but To find it, I had to disassemble a whole formwork that covers these pipes of the bathroom drain, encountering some losses in the joints that are disgusting and I wanted to know with what I could cover them or seal these pipes with losses, I leave some images of where they lose .. .
Hello
I regret to inform you that the only way to repair these losses is to disassemble what exists, clean very well and reassemble.
These leaks are a product of poorly assembled (dirt, not sanding of the parts to be joined and possibly expired or improper glue).
Regards
hello grax x answer, mmm q maall, and there would be no possibility of putting some kind of silicone? why that section of the tube is passing, and from the elbow goes down
Hi. If you want you can try to clean the different areas with alcohol very well and apply good quality silicone sealant. You have to let dry at least 12 hours to use the bathroom. It is a patch that will last a short time since the ideal is to disassemble and change what is necessary as indicated by your friend Ricardo. I have also seen that they have done it with two-component epoxy putty such as Poxilina but they are still patches. Regards
hello grax x answer, the ideal would be to last, I think I will have to change some pieces. So it looks like this is done with spare parts or nose, it would be weak to change those parts or from the straight tube (which is divided into two) and the elbow part?
Actually it is quite complicated since you cannot do it simply by changing parts. You have to lift part of the bathroom floor and since you know what state the pipes are in, it would be best to replace everything in the bathroom and even if it is not part of the outlet pipe.
hello: you should change all that part does the repair with awaduct pipe or similar with oring system you do not need any glue just a sliding spray and it is only easy to assemble and forget you do not lose more, with the image consult in any hardware store that will advise you greetings
