Hello As servimat1 tells you. A quick union The safe parallel spout can be separated a little, enough to cut and repair. If it is galvanized (which is what it looks like) it would change the section for black hose for drinking water (the one that AYSA uses for the supply). That pipe already has an expiration date. Regards
Due to its appearance, it is not copper, in addition to its size, it is discarded to cover the break with welding.
You must comment if it happened to hit or was caused by wear.
For any repair, it will not be as it is.
You must deepen the excavation and clean neatly.
It is galvanized. You can put a quick union like the one that I leave in the link without problems.

I update, I kept raising land to move the pipe and put the coupling. It turns out that I found another part full of rust and when the rust came out another puncture about 30cm from the first puncture, nor the beat. I will have to change the entire section of pipe, can PVC be attached to the same galvanized? Thank you
To avoid these problems is that protection and pointing tapes are placed on buried pipes. Regards

I copy the comment it seems you didn't read. Hello As servimat1 tells you. A quick union The safe parallel spout can be separated a little, enough to cut and repair. I add: quick coupling on one end, replace as much as you can with black hose before said and another quick connection on the other end. The truth already merits total change even if you don't like it. Regards
