Hi. These are spare parts of a mixer. It can be from a bidet or a sink. To change the chord simply unscrew the exagonal nut and the stem will come out. Below it you will find the valve. If it is too hard to remove this rod you must stop the threaded part (from under the toilet) so that it does not rotate and the mixer pipe can break. Regards
