Hello The stem is replaced when you jump and you can not close the tap, I think it is not your case as you talk about dripping. That has repair changing the gasket. In case you had to replace it, you have to take it out and go with the sample to any sanitary house, they will give you the corresponding spare. If there is no such replacement (which I do not think) you should turn to a turner. Regards
