Good afternoon the problem would be the following: As a transformer is calculated in a company in which there is a consumption peak of a 3 hr daily and in the rest of the day there would be a consumption around only 10 percent of that peak. As an example we have a consumption of 300kva from 8 to 11hr and the rest of the day only 15kva the transformer and the line should be for 350kva? Thank you.

S egun your example, it could be said that you can request the 350kva product to increase the consumption that is lived today, in the schedule you refer it is true that consumption is below the capacity with the capacity of Trap but to avoid overloading it is better to give margin even if you spend the rest of the time with a lower load, remember that there are many types of transformers for different applications and electrical circuits.

Javier The transformer must have the capacity to supply the maximum consumption. If you have a necessary consumption which you can not do without 300 kVA and the rest of the day you feed a couple of lights that do not reach 0.1 kVA. Unfortunately, the transformer or the supply must have the capacity to comfortably supply those 300 kVA that is, in your case, your transformer should have at least 350 kVA although I would opt for a little more (400 kVA) Cheers
