Installation in housing of 120 square meters

Good morning friends, I hope everyone is very well, I wanted to ask if they could guide me in general for a house of about 120 square meters here in Argentina, I would like to know if it would be good to place first on the main board of the house a circuit breaker of 40 (or 63) amper, then the general bipolar thermomagnetic wrench also of 40 amper (or greater, you will say), then a bipolar thermal for the 10 amper light, a bipolar thermal for the general consumption sockets of 16 amper, (taking into account that in these sockets a microwave oven could be connected, the washing machine - which sometimes uses hot water -, some escape, electric stove, or some small electric tank to heat the water for bathing, of 25 liters) then on the board would follow two bipolar thermal of 20 am c / u for two air conditioners of 6000 refrigerators (this being the only special circuit of the input board) The cables for the lighting circuit would be 1.5 mm, for 2.5 mm sockets and 4 mm air, apart from this they could also tell me if the diameter of the ground wire that goes throughout the house could be 2 , 5 mm even the one that reaches the current outlets of the air conditioners and to finish I would like to know if it is necessary to place a javelin also inside the house, apart from the one that is already placed outside by the electric power service, From this moment I thank you for your answer

Hi the main and sectional circuit 10 mm² the general thermal 40A differential circuit breaker 40A / 0.03A or 63A / 0.03A (better the latter) 2,50 mm² cable and 16 A thermal circuit 1.50 mm² and 10A thermal cable lighting circuit air conditioning circuit 4 mm² cable and 20A thermal (2 circuits) What remains in doubt is that a house of 120 m2 is difficult to believe that it will be left with a single TUG circuit keep in mind that for both outlets and general-purpose lighting the maximum number of mouths per circuit is 15. If you have more mouths you must make more circuits The issue of using heating and electric heating is not very clear either the heating should be in a special circuit while the heater is actually forbidden Cheers

If the company was grounded, you cannot use it as protection

Hi electromaq, thank you very much for the information, as you say the heating would put it in a special circuit, the cable in this case for the heating should also be 2.5 and the thermal of 16 amper?
I understand what you say that in case of exceeding 15 mouths I must make another circuit, that would mean putting another therma on the main board with their respective lighting lines or for shots, right?
The other and last thing I wanted to ask you is if the grounding wire that circulates throughout the house could be 2.5 mm even the one that would reach the two AA?

You must diagram the board for all the circuits you require, for this you have to plan everything from before
The section and thermal of the heating circuit will depend on the load to be connected. Up to 3 kW you can use 2.50 mm² with thermal of 15 and up to 4 kW same thermal cable of 20
More power has to be done with 4 mm²

The protective conductor must be at least 2.50 mm² or equal to the active conductor. This means that if the active conductors are less than 2.50 it goes 2.50 mm² but if it is greater than 2.50 the equivalent section goes, for example if you do it with 6 mm² it goes 6 mm²

Hello, to see if I understood you well, and to conclude the issue, the active condutor of greater diameter is the one of the conditioned AA that would be 4mm that would mean that the grounding wire that circulates throughout the house and all the mouths of the house must be 4 mm?

Do not
Each circuit with its protective conductor (PE)
The circuit with cables of 1.50 the PE is 2.50
The circuit with cables of 2.50 the PE is 2.50
The circuit with 4 wires the PE will be 4
The circuit with 6 PE cables will be 6 mm²

All PE conductors of all circuits will reach a busbar or terminal block located on the board and from there the PAT driver will go to the javelin which will be from the same section of the main circuit

Hi. Good. You should keep in mind how much load you will have in the home. For example: For lighting you must have a 16 amp thermomagnetic disconnect, for the outlets you must put a 20 amp thermomagnetic disconnect and no more than 5 sockets per branch. For the furrza part of the kitchen you must put special sockets with protection. Electric cookers, dishwashers, clothes dryers and air conditioners must make a separate installation for each one taking into account the consumption of each. You must, together with some thermomagnetic disconnectors, place high-sensitivity differential connective devices. I hope I can help. Greetings.
