Sergio: follow the indications of Servimat1 (greetings). You must do it in two circuits, each with its own thermics and conductors, now I see another detail, if it is a bar, surely they are not the only consumptions, if the supply is 2 or 3 phases, you must distribute the fryers in different phases to not overloading them, if it is a single-phase supply, it may be in a bigger problem .... in any case, by adding two consumptions as important as these two fryers, it is necessary to see if such supply supports it or if the primary installation is trained for all the consumptions and if the contractual conditions with the distributor allow it ...
I imagine that in order to make the aggregate they will have reinforced or avoided the general thermal, but, possibly, it would be operating due to overload, or the other possibility is that it would be oversized from before, whatever the case, this should be evaluated by a competent professional already If not, this will have potentially serious consequences. Fires due to electrical causes are usually very common and devastating, here, the risk is enhanced by the presence of fatty substances which are flammable so an installation in the kitchen area must maintain very specific conditions to minimize the risks
Cheers
